I am an award winning, full time real estate sales representative who is known for my passionate, hands-on approach and excellent track record in providing accurate property valuations and strategic advice on the finest properties in the Toronto and Ontario cottage country. My success, along with 30 years in the real estate industry, has resulted in consistent client and industry award recognition.
I was born and raised in Holland, where I received a B.Sc in Marketing and Public Relations. While living in New York City, I worked in real estate, studied Interior Design at the Parson School of Design, and graduated from the executive negotiations course at the exclusive Gap Partnership.
My unique experience in marketing, negotiation, public relations, statistics and real estate enable me to deliver excellence to my clients.

Born and raised in Toronto, Nicoline knows the nuances of the city’s many neighbourhoods. Growing up in a real estate family, she has been immersed in the industry. Her passion and client focus ensures the best service and support when buying, selling or advising her clients. Nicoline has been working in the real estate industry since 2015, specializing in the residential market, from re-sale homes to condos. Starting her career working in several high-end real estate brokerages, Nicoline understands the importance of a tailored hands-on experience and offers this to her clients. She has managed preconstruction sales offices for numerous condominium sites on behalf of a variety of developers and has a deep knowledge of the condo pre-construction and resale markets.
